Arriva

The Arriva website provides information on local bus timetables, tickets, bus stop locations, using their app, live bus arrivals and much more!

For further routes on the bus, Go North East provide information on live bus arrivals, fares and digital timetables. With the local fare capped at £3.00, bus travel has never been this easy!

Durham County Council

Durham CC have a webpage dedicated to travelling by public transport across the region, with links to information including timetables, journey planners, ticketing and more.

Nexus

For information about travelling by public transport across the North East including by bus, train and metro, head over to the Nexus website. There is an online journey planner, plus information about different ticket options.

Travelling by Train with a Bike

National Rail has a free resource tool, PlusBike, with all the information you need to plan a seamless journey when you take the train and you plan to cycle along the way. You can access information on facilities at the station including cycle parking spaces, cycle hire scheme and information about taking your bike on a train.
